Through this approach, they aim to contribute in the creation of educational environments, practices and research where the social, emotional and cognitive areas can be developed, to fulfil human potential. PM&#8217;s target groups are marginalised communities, elderly people, adults and families, as well people with disabilities. <\/p>\n<p>They develop activities aimed at meeting the needs of these vulnerable groups, with a view of acquiring or deepening knowledge and skills. The intervention of Proportional Message is based on the belief that lifelong learning is a continuous process that must encompass all the dimensions of the individual and the practical knowledge acquired by all means. We track EU policy and coordinate comprehensive guidance to advocate for disability rights by working closely with EU institutions and agencies. Its mission is to support educators, promote student engagement, and foster an inclusive community rooted in contemporary learning theories and evidence-based education. CLT values learner-centered, innovative, evidence-based, and inclusive education. Its objectives include serving as a platform for resources and partnerships in science and engineering education, providing guidance on teaching innovation and inclusion, and facilitating staff engagement in educational research.
